For the first time, bKash has organised payment fairs in Khulna, Cumilla and Dinajpur to raise awareness and habituate customers in digital payments. During the fair, customers can buy essential products at special discounts, where payment can be made only through bKash.
The three-day long ‘bKash Payment Mela’ began on Saturday in Dinapur. It was first introduced in Khulna and Cumilla at the beginning of December of this year. Renowned merchants of the district participated in this fair organised at Najma Garden Community Centre located on Mata Sagar Road in Dinajpur city. Stalls of various products and services including clothes, shoes, toys, plastic products, handicrafts, food items and electronics are available at the fair.
Various events including music performances by local artists, raffle draws, game shows will be held every day in this colourful fair. Visitors and buyers can enter the fair by showing their bKash app or account. And those who do not have a bKash account can open an account at the fair premises. Users can get up to 20 percent cashback on every bKash payment while purchasing from the stalls at the fair.
It is to be noted that, the fair organised in the premises of Bijoy Gatha Community Centre of Khulna and Cumilla District Shilpakala Academy on December 7-9 became a meeting place for local customers and merchants.
